keybindings broke for select up and down with up/down arrow keys

At 4:53pm my Libre office Calc stopped working for 2 following functions

  1. Shift + Arrow Up
  2. Shift + Arrow Down

The problem isn’t that I don’t know how to:
Menu Bar | Tools | Customize | Keyboard

But once I get to the “Keyboard” tab in Customize that I can find Shift+ Down under the Shortcut Keys selection box, but the procedure fundamentally isn’t to first find the keybinding you want in the ‘Shortcut Keys’ selection box, but to first go lower to the Functions section, more specifically the Category and Function section and find “Select down” there. And when I go to the Functions section, more specifically the Category and Function section, there is no “all” category, and there is no “select down” or “select up” ANYWHERE.

Where can I find “select down” or “select up”?

Why would this original function suddenly disappear at 4:53pm, and how can I restore it?

Restore:
Menu Bar | Tools | Customize | Keyboard
Functions Section
Select Down(via arrow)
Category:
Navigate
Function:
Select Down
Shortcut Keys
Shift Down

Select Up(via arrow)
Category:
Navigate
Function:
Select Up
Shortcut Keys
Shift Up

One cause for my inability to comprehend natural order here was: Ergonometrics: 1) Because we first have to select from the lower Section “Functions”, and then counter intuitively move upward to the “Shortcut keys” section. 2) Selecting Down and Up are in the Category “Naviagate”, and not where I originally through: “Edit”. Also there really should be an “all” category.
