The Status bar shows “3 words/7 characters” in templates that seemingly contain no text. Why?
I don’t think this is a problem but am curious.
Must be invisible words / characters - checked the default template on resetted user profie and it shows as expexted 0 words and 0 characters. Without havin’ the template allmost impossible to diagnose. You may give EDIT -> FIND a try to search for space character.

It could be a text in a header (or footer) not displayed (left page for example)
