I use the “Colour Replacer” function in Draw to change some JPEG/PNG cartoon pictures background to transparent, after I export the file as PDF to printer shop , when they open the file to print by AI or PSD, the cartoon pictures just become a shadow, and some wordings cannot be shown, please help how to solve the problems, thanks!
