How can I format bullets so they appear in two columns in writer

I have a list. To make the page I am formatting look good, it would be best to have this list so the bullets appear side by side in two columns. Is there any way to do this in Writer?

Thanks.

Edited to say I solved this by making a table and then deleting the borders. It looks fine but maybe there is another way as well?

Page format, two columns? Table with two columns? Specify your question. - Cheers

I put my answer below. Hopefully it is where I am meant to put it! It was US letter and I wanted a section with bullets so I had the bullets appearing one under the other in two columns instead of one under the other in a list.

I now realise I can use a table and then go to table properties and remove the borders.

This is one solution. But I am still wondering whether the list environment (or whatever it is!) can be configured to have more than a single column. So I’d say this question is not closed.

We’re lacking a good specification of the final expected result.

How about Format → Columns?
