I want to remove (DELETE) some files both from my desktop and completely, from LibreOffice.
Deleting a file is an OS matter.
A deleted file name may remain for some time in File>Open recent file (until the list is full and another name must be added to it, in which case a slot will be reused). The presence of a name in this list does not imply the file may be accessed. I consider this a minor annoyance.
