I wanted to install libreoffice 6.1.6, it had some problems during downloading/installation. Now I can not get rid of/close the installation window from my computer
Maybe the FAQ from @mikekaganski can help you. Sometimes a window hides behind another. Look at your taskbar to see if there is something waiting.
