Can I create two droplists connectet that when I enter a value on first one the second one shows me a text. for example I type Value of 25 and second droplist shows a certain name

Your question is too general to give a specific answer. There needs to be some connection/relation between the two list boxes (or possibly combo box). You also state nothing about the purpose or use of such making it more difficult to give any direction.

I am trying to create a form which is about students’ categorization If you consider two blocks in it it would be great that if I type a numeric value in one, the other shows a text
for example: 1-15=Class A 16-28=Class B 29-40=Class C
I wanna type the value number of 3 and have “Class A” text in second block block, droplist or sth like this
It is important for me that the form be updated the time I choose the numeric value

@Raya Please Edit your question adding the additional information and noting the edited section. V6.2 is still general, no OS or which database yet either. Please do NOT abbreviate words to your liking. Others need to read including translating to other languages and abbreviations cause many problems!
Be more specific as to what you are doing. For example, you state to type in a number which then puts a class in next listing. Then you state form to be updated - with what?? The number, the class?? Is this actually a table, is this a form, sub form?? Hopefully you can see the information provided is vague. Remember we cannot see what you are looking at nor can we hear what you are thinking.
Yes this can be done. Since you’ve only asked IF it can be done, that’s your answer. Clearly if you later want to know how to do this, then that involves many more details, and some significant learning on your part.
