In future please include LO version, OS and database used (ie: HSQLDB embedded, Firebird embedded etc). This is usually necessary information especially for Base questions.

Data in a database contains no such formatting so all is not carried forward. Display of table data is from the system.
When creating forms or reports there is some opportunity to choose different fonts/sizes.
Note: For the display of Table Data View right click on box above first row and to left of field names. Then select Table Format for changing some characteristics.
In LO Calc I only use Droid Sans Thai, but after appending various LO Base tables there were various font names.
Have you tried changing the format as noted in the answer?
Just tried Ratslinger’s suggestion. It worked perfectly for me. I’m using LOBase 6.4.3.2 on MX Linux 19.2. Thank you - Ratslinger!
