small image display on libreoffice

My desktop produces A4 image fine but on my laptop the writer only shows a small image on a new text file to small to use.

Earlier documents taken from the desktop show fine so I have to take one of those and edit it to write a new document.

I have changed Libreoffice versions but it still does it.

Any ideas please have tried everything?

Have done that it does not change a thing.

I have however made it work by saving as a template the correct one from a document I had made on my desktop
