Can not get the help pack for Eng GB to work it keeps going to online.
I have checked in the language options that it is English GB
Any advice please?

Did you notice that the URL in your browser starts with file:// ? or in other words: Are you aware of the fact that help system changed to be browser based even for local help files installed? If this is not the reason, check if versions of help file package and program do match.
