how to print gridlines in a spreadsheet

how to print gridlines in a spreadsheet and make the orientation of page landscape

Hello

1st question (gridlines): Format cells to have borders Edit -> Select All, right click, select Format Cells from dialah and set borders in tab Borders (Instead of “all cells” you may also set only range of cells being printed)

2nd question (landscape): Format -> Page -> Tab: Page -> Category: Paper Format -> Option: Orientation tick Landscape

Hi

Defining borders is not always necessary. In many cases, it is sufficient to ask for the grid to be printed. This is a property of the page style that can be set:

Tick FormatPageSheet tab▸PrintGrid

@anon73440385 explained how to get the landscape format. I would add that it might be useful to create a new page style for this purpose in order to be able to possibly “mix” the orientations in the spreadsheet (not all sheets may have to be printed in landscape). FormatPage modifies the current page style (the default page style)
