I create a table in LibreOffice 3.4 Writer.

I select:

  1. Format > Page > Orientation > Landscape.
  2. Print > Properties > Landscape > OK.
  3. Print.

My table is printed in Portrait instead of Landscape orientation. What is the fix for this?

It seems to me that adjusting twice to landscape is the problem. I have Writer file with portrait text pages and landscape table pages. When I print, I keep default setting portrait for the printer.

These types of orientation problems are nearly always due to an improperly configured printer / driver / server (CUPS). Without complete details of the print setup it is impossible to tell. Also, the indicated version (3.4) is quite old.
