How do i save the format I’ve created for monthly calendars?
Saving Calc file as a native ODF Spreadsheet file with .ods extension keeps all the information about it. All formats, styles, formulas, fonts used - everything.

If it is a template that would serve for every month, save as template .ots, so each time you open this file, it will be with a generic name, you save with the name of the month you want. Always the source file will be preserved.
