LO 6.2 How to insert normal text format line after end-of-table

I imported a table form a WEB page, but didn’t pay attention to my document page had extra blank “Text Body” style lines.

When I actually pasted the WEB table it (of course) used it’s own formats/definitions. It contained a table.

I now have an LO page that has the table, but no “Text Body” blank lines after it.

I wanted to have a Page-Break after the table, but I cannot do that without a blank blank “Text Body” style lines after the table.

How can I add blank “Text Body” style lines after the table?

To add a new empty paragraph after the table, position your cursor at the end of text in the last cell and press Alt+Enter.
