I have 36K words on Word and Libre but on Libre I have 170 pages and on Word 142. What do I do? Thanks
You first mention LibreOffice version - and other relevant details; e.g., different versions of Word also produce different layouts, thus sometimes have different page counts for the same document; OS details are missing: do you test on the same system? does the system has necessary fonts? in case of absent fonts, different software could substitute different other fonts, producing differences in layout; then you make sure that you test with the latest LibreOffice version (at the moment, it’s LibreOffice 6.2 or 6.3 RC1); and then, if you confirm that the problem is indeed there, you file a bug report, attaching the sample document there which would reproducibly demonstrate the problem to developers.
