The bar at the top of a text document with the font format features is gone and I can't find it. Help?

I don’t know which version of Libre Office I have at the time I’m typing this. If there is any help you can give, please explain a lot and take your time. I know the software but not always the right term.

The bar at the top of a text document that had the buttons for font type, size, B, I, U, left margin, center margin, text color and highlight are all gone. The drawing bar at the bottom has disappeared too.

If I highlight a section of text I can access a few of those features by right clicking on the drop down menu. Times New Roman font choice isn’t even available.

The rulers at the top and left hand side aren’t acting like normal and I have no idea how to explain further. I’m having a nightmare trying to format a resume due to this hiccup. Last week before July 4, 2019 no problem.

I don’t know if this is a weird random glitch or what.

In the drop down menu for font

You can always turn on the toolbars from the View>Toolbars menu, select the toolbar you want.

Woo wee. I feel dumb. I kept looking for that but couldn’t see the forest for the trees. Thank You!!! (i will go hide under my rock now.)
