I made some changes in the document (moved some captions and illustrations) and now there is a text that seems to be at the bottom of the page and I can’t select it or reach it in any way

The texts look like captions. These are inserted in Text frames. You can therefore access it through the Navigator (sidebar): double click to access it or right click to edit:
