Unable to build libre office sdk cpp examples

we tried with GNU make and still unable to get away with the errors.
Are the make files in the project ready to work or do wee need to do any modifications to them ?
Please suggest

We are trying on Windows 10 environment. Please suggest a step by step guide if possible
