Recent Documents list could be found in Writer File drop-down menu.
When you start LibreOffice, you will see the last used files. Move the mouse over an icon, then you will see a small circle with “x” at the top right of the icon. Click on it and the file will be deleted in the view.
Or, on the left side of “Recently used files”, choose “Clear Recent Documents”.
