How to limit Writer to open documents in a 1 page default format?

Is it possible to limit Writer to open documents in a 1 page default format? The same document sometimes opens in a 1 page format and sometimes in a two page format.

Hello

may be you missed the single page | multipage | book - view toggles in the status bar of LibreOffice.

I’m not aware of any function to disable this functionality - but it is a single click to switch from one view to another one.
