It seems what is a basic procedure for those who have programmed or used LibreOffice does not have any instructions in the Help File.

I have arranged an image to the back ground in Writer. Now, I need to access the image to move it. I can find no way to gain access to the image.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Thank you so much. That was just what I needed. Is there a listing of Hot keys for LibreOffice?

You can see (and modify) most keyboard shortcuts on Tools → Customize → Keyboard tab... except for those related with mouse actions.
