See image below in .jpg format
I downloaded an .odf file from a subscription I pay for, and it opened and shows graphics, but no words. Lots of left to right blurry swashes. Could it be the sender, whom I am paying that sends ONLY in Word? Or is there a setting I might have to tweak?
The question is not clear to me. The title talks about “PDF” while the description is talking about a file in .odf format, which in terms of LibreOffice should be a Math formula document. So please add more details about the content of the .odf file and how you converted this to PDF (or is it just a typo and should read I downloaded an .pdf file from a subscription…). If it is a PDF file, why do you want to open using LibreOffice?
