How can I change default paragraph style for bulleted list?

I want to use some specific style for all bulleted lists in the document. When I click “Toggle bulleted style” button it creates a list with current paragraph style and I cannot find any place where I can change that.

In LibreOffice, numbering (also numbering style) does not include a paragraph style information; the opposite (including numbering style information into paragraph properties) is possible.

So it’s not possible to apply numbering properties and have paragraph properties also automatically applied. The toolbar button that applies numbering does just that: applies numbering properties.

But you can, of course, create a customization (like an own toolbar button) that would apply a pre-defined paragraph style; just set up your paragraph style properly, and save it as a (default) template for that to work in all documents based on that template.

OK, thanks. I’ve already created custom style but thought it’s possible to link it to default bulleted list action somehow.

There you can consult the documentation.

See the Writer Manual Chapter 4, from page 99 (PDF file).

It’s still not clear how to change paragraph style automatically after clicking toolbar button. It’s not about bullet style, it’s about text paragraph style.

I can create custom style with bullets and proper indentation, but I need to select it explicitly if I want to apply to to current paragraph. I’m curious is there any way to assing that style to the toolbar button.
