What is your version? Do you have automatic calculations enabled?
I see no hash symbols in the submitted file opened with AndrOpenOffice 4.1.7.
By the way, try to zoom in.
Version 6.0.7.3 , how do you enable automatic calculation ?

@eisrawai : What function do you intend to use by “Avg”? The formulas in H13 and H17 are both specified as “Avg” but do not share the same syntax or mathematical form. In reply to the question by @AdmFubar, you say you are using mixed algebraic calculations, but I wonder whether Avg=(H11+H12)/2 would work in any circumstance. Even if it did, the calculation (H11+H12)/2 does not appear anywhere in your spreadsheet. Instead we see H11*H12/5, as pointed out by @BigRAI. I am confused so perhaps I have missed something.

Thanks, @anon73440385. Still, the expression (H11+H12)/2 does not appear anywhere, even though the OP quotes it specifically in his brief explanation of his question. And the fundamental question raised by @BigRAl has not been answered.
Today I found out that all the previous sheets I created had hashs in the cells containing formulars.
Now I’ve copied all libre sheets to google sheets but of course the formulars were gone ,
Thought there might be a bug in the app so I downloaded libre again and replaced the old one.
Tried sheets but same old story.
I’m using Macbook Version 10.10.5
Anyhow I’ll continue with google sheets.

Do all the formulas that produce hashes use the “mixed algebraic calculations” that you referred to earlier, or are they correctly formulated Calc formulas?

Please uncheck Display▸[ ] Formulas in Options▸LibreOffice Calc▸View.
Eureka , but why is this formular box ticked when it cause a problem which I think the normal user can’t solve . I downloaded libre twice , yesterday V 6.3 and today V 6.2 because I thought my OS cant handle
the newest version anymore.

Downloading an reinstalling doesn’t help, if a user setting is stored in users profile. Without resetting your user profile - or changing the setting - it will keep to be active. And btw: The default is, that it is not set. Thus you need to blame some other party …
