After the envelope is formatted and sized I cannot find the print command.

File menu → Print?
As far as I know there is no enevlope specific print feature. Printing on an envelope is a simple matter of choosing the right page size, laying out text to represent sender and recipient address. Then load an envelope into your printer and print. As long as the page size is set properly and you placed the envelope where appropriate, on your specific printer, then it should print.
