I have Win 10 on a refurbished HP laptop, with Intel I7. I have reinstalled. Still not able to open.
Hello, try to start in Safe Mode. There should be an entry in Windows Start menu for LibreOffice (Safe Mode). If that works, most probably one of the following two reasons causes the issue:
- Your user profile is corrupt (Solution: Reset your user profile using Safe Mode option Reset to factory settings → Reset entire user profile)
- You face an OpenGL issue (Solution: Disable OpenGL in using Safe Mode option Configure)
In both cases use button Apply Changes and Restart to see whether this worked.
