blurry font despite toggling graphic processing in Options

I’m on Windows 7 Pro x64. VGA Display: 1280x1024. I have blurrier fonts When I open my spreadsheets in LibreOffice Calc (Current version), compared to excel 2007.

Troubleshooting tried:
Toggled graphic options in Tools>option>view. Changed file compatibility of soffice.exe to ‘disable scaling on high dpi settings’. Repeated both on LibreOffice 5.2 and OpenOffice.

How do I fix this?

Are you using a Mac with a High Dots Per Inch (HiDPI) display (Retina display)?

You stated that you toggled graphic options but you screenshot shows OpenGL activated.

Yes, I’ve tried OpenGL on both enabled and disabled modes. The screenshot just so happened to be on the enabled mode.
