In Calc, how can an object sent to the background (with Arrange) be brought back to the foreground since it can't be selected? [closed]

In Calc, how can an object sent to the background (with Arrange) be brought back to the foreground? Since clicking on where the object is now no longer selects it, I need a way to either bring the object back to the foreground or just a way to select/move it would be fine. Sorry if this is incredibly newbish.

Or you can select trough the navigator [F5]

That absolutely works, thank you. I'm not overly familiar with the software yet, so hadn't stumbled upon the Navigator but it's precisely something like that I was after. Cheers!

You possibly can send to the background the object that is covering the one you want to select. This is a workaround for bringing the other object to top. Hope this helps.

That was a good idea, but sadly in this case it was the very cells of the spreadsheet that were blocking the way, and they refuse to be sent forwards or backwards (I don't think the text layer can be moved).
