is there a way to remove "drag and Drop" using a custom installation or registry edit?

I have a slight handicap that requires me to remove “Drag and Drop” from LibreOffice in windows 10 pro 1903.
Can this be done with a custom installation or a registry modification?

This is certainly not a standard feature. You can try it with the Developers or enter your wish with Bugzilla.
