Deleting the data won’t delete the formulea,
so I am not sure if I understand your question well…
Maybe this will help.
First you make a copy of your sheet by saving it under an other name.
Then you load that copy, remove all the data and what is left are the formulea.
Save it and send it to your friend.
To help your friend understanding the formulea you can fill in some imaginair data.
If it is about a sheet with only formulea depending on data from another sheet
then you can send your friend two sheets.
