Is it possible to connect a connector to a point on another connecter (other than the ends)?

In Draw, I have a situation where I would like to draw a connector that connects to the center of another connector. Is this possible?

Hm, I my version 4.0.2.2 it works. I make 3 boxes, connect two and go with the connector from the 3rd box to the connectionline. A small cube came and one connector catch the other one.

As long as I only move the cubes in normal distances, the connection between the connectors (sorry for that) is still there. Only, when the way getting to strange, the connection is lost. But then only grab the open end and connect it again.

Can you redo it?

The file format would allow glue points on connectors. But it is not supported in LibreOffice. There is a default glue point in the middle of the connector line. As liberte_toujours notes, you can connect to that point. But when you move an object, so that this target connector is moved too, then only the connectors, which are directly connected to the object are notified about the movement. Your connector gets not notified, because it is only affected indirectly, because its target is not actively moved but only by the movement of the object. And therefore it looses the connection.

And it is impossible to set an own glue point to a connector.
