Where is the INSTALLATION FILE for this version of LIBREOFFICE? If it is a .MSI file, no further help is needed. If it is not, where are the directions for installation??
Go to Download LibreOffice | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft, scroll to the bottom of the page and look under Available Versions. Note that the offline help in recent versions of LO will open in your browser.
