Please edit your question to elaborate and give a bit of context: what you hope to do, how you do it (or don't succeed) presently, what is your input data. Don't forget OS and LO version.

Calc has:1.048.576 rows x 1024 columns, want more ?

It can be dirt in the excel spreadsheet, being in excel delete the rows and columns that are in excess after spreadsheet. And save the file, and try opening it again in Calc.
