LO calc not responding when trying to open format > cells

When trying to open ‘Format > Cells’, LO calc stop responding for about a minute before opening. Windows 10. Tried botn on v6.1, and doesn’t work on v6.3. I also tried resetting through safe mode. Opening Task Manager, I see that I have enough CPU and memory, and after clicking ‘Cells’, Libreoffice is using 0% cpu and only about 80mb memory. ‘File > Properties’ also has the same problem. Most other buttons works fine.

Could I know what I can do to fix this? I really like Libreoffice, but this is a huge problem for me.

Does this happen when you open a new, empy spreadsheet, or only when you have a file loaded?

I assume that the “safe mode” you tried was LibreOffice (the Help menu option or command line “LibreOffice --safe-mode”). Could you try with Windows in safe mode?
