My icon is wrong to show. Where i can correct them.
It wrong since LibreOffice version 5.x to now I use LibreOffice 6.2.8.
My labtop Dell model 7460 and Windows 10.

Please don’t be sorry. This is just the case when you wrote perfectly good explanation of your problem, including the OS and and LO version, and even the information about when it started. I wish all questions here be likewise good!

Looks like tdf#119020 fixed in 6.1.4 - but when the icons for the scaled UI had been prepared wrong in an older 5.4, they were cached that way, and you need to reset the cache for the fix to re-create the icons correctly (see comment 55 there for instructions).

It’s enough to delete the %appdata%\LibreOffice\4\cache\<your icon theme name> folders.
