Hi. I have version 5.0 in Windows 10. It will no longer launch/open. Do I need to upgrade? Will I lose any existing files if I do?

• you won’t lose an files on upgrading
• you don’t need (!!!) to upgrade (though I personally would consider to use a more recent version)
• Probably you should check your user profile. Since you use an old release, option “Safe Mode” won’t be available, thus check User Profile FAQ on how to reset your user profile on “LibreOffice 5.2 and older”
