When I “Export Directly to PDF” I get a Fatal Error then Libre Office crashes and closes totally. The error message says something like XSystemShellExecute.execure, cannot process , but the pdf file gets created. This is more annoying than anything else as I need to make many pdf files.
Thanks for getting to the bottom of this.
Interestingly when I do an export then select PDF, this error does not occur.
You forgot to mention: your OS; the exact version of your LO (or better full data from Help-About); the exact error message (and not that “something like”) - or maybe a screenshot. Is that specific to Writer (as in the tags), or does it also happen e.g. for direct export from Calc? Did you try to reset user profile?
