How To Repeat Formulas Diagonally?

I have three different formulas in adjoining cells in a row: =f1*0.7 =f1*.2 = f1*0.08

say they’re in f5,f6,f7 then I’d want them repeated in the row below, offset one cell to the right…

so that next row should read

=f2*o.7 =f2*0.2 =f2*.08 with the “f2*0.7” directly underneath the “=f1*0.2

So the whole thing repeats diagonally down the sheet to the bottom right of the working area.

I can’t find how I can do this nice and easily. Is there a way?

edit: I don’t know what’s going on but the editor keeps leaving out the asterisks I put in there in the formulas - seemingly at random. Hope you all can figure out what I mean…

Asterisks are used in pairs to markup text for italics start/end. If it cannot be paired, it shows as an asterisk.

Using the “preformatted text” markup (the 101-010 icon) should override this.

Do you mean that the three cells (F5, F6, F7) being in the same column F, should be repeated in G8, G9, G10? Or should F5 be repeated in G6 - next to F6; F6 repeated in G7, and so on? Anyway, it’s impossible to shift the group in F to the right, and have the result be "directly underneath the =f1*0.2"

No, I mean Row 1 - a, b, c should be repeated in Row 2 at b,c,d
That’s what I mean by having one formula ‘directly underneath…’
What’s the best way to show examples of what we mean?

The best is to add a sample spreadsheet.

i don’t see where we can add files… there only seems to be that preformatted text thing…
