How can I fix the printer menu screen size

I use LO 6.3.2.2 on a MacBook Pro (13-inch screen) using Mojave and whilst trying to print in Writer the printer menu does not fit on my screen, i.e. I cannot see the bottom of the menu to be able to save the writer document as a PDF because the buttons are not visible. I can’t move the menu screen up to access the buttons. How can I remedy this, please?

If the button is hidden behind the dock, you may be helped by just getting the dock out of the way.

Either reduce the size of the dock, move it to the sideor hide it completely.

  • Adjust dock size by dragging the dock handle: top edge, just above the vertical bar between “applications” and “workspaces”.
  • Toggle “dock autohide”: ⌘ + ⌥ + D
  • Move to the side

“Autohidden” dock will pop up when you move the mouse pointer to that edge of the screen, which is annoying when the object you are trying to reach also is near that edge.

Thank you, Mike, and Keme, I now have the smallest dock in the world, and I can move the print menu to either side to show the buttons. Still, it would be nice to have the print menu screen slightly smaller…
