Is anyone working to resolve the poor font display on Windows systems?

The font display looks terrible on Windows 8.1.

Please add information about your system and LibreOffice version, copying from Menu/Help/About. BTW detail what you understand for poor font display o even better add a screenshot showing the issue. Is your windows 8 updated?

If set, try to disable OpenGL in Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> View -> Category: Graphics Output -> Option: Use OpenGL for all rendering and check whether that fixes your problem (and note the comment of @mariosv )
