How do I move an image to where I want it?move image

I pasted an image but need to move it over slightly and cannot tab it over or grab and move it

Please provide details

• Which application are you working in? Writer, Draw, Impress, Calc?
• Where did you get the image from? A file stored on your computer, web page, other document, camera app?
• How was it inserted? Ctrl-C/ctrl-V, drag/drop, menu selection?
• What happens if you click (left click) inside the image? Is it selected? Do you see an anchor symbol next to it?
• What do you see when you right click it? Do you get a context menu with an Anchor item? When you select that item, which Anchor option is ticked?
