I want to lock cell characteristics

I’m working on a spreadsheet that’s a sort of time table.

Item / Amount of time it takes / calculated time once done.

I do a lot of cutting and pasting of these items as I rearrange the schedule.

Every time I cut an item, it seems to take the font size format with it. The cells revert to 10 point, so if I go to type a new entry in those cells, they’re at 10 point. I want to lock the page to 15 point as a default. However, this is one page of a worksheet, and I don’t want to change the default for the other pages, or the program in general.

AFAIK no way to achieve this, since there is no default cell style per sheet, but only a default cell style per document and cut always reverts to default cell style.

With the steps:

• Select source range.
• Copy [Ctrl+C]
• Delete
• Menu/Edit/Paste special [Ctrl+Shift+V] selecting the needed options as can be format.
