If the regular uninstall path, Settings - Apps - right click and select uninstall, doesn’t work, try Geek Uninstaller
It helps you to uninstall any software, allowing you to select among various levels of violence, from running the plain “clean” uninstall to blunt force removal, and does a registry check after removal to see whether any residue remains.
