Mike; Thank you, for responding. I feel your abbreviated phrases, are to make a point. OhKay, I'll try to improve. Being Stumped, any Tips on the PNTBRSH tool? Ditto on RNG? Thanks, Boswell

Exploded answer:

  • Click original cell (where you want to copy formatting from).
  • Use paintbrush tool (find it on the toolbar). Your mouse pointer will change to a paintbrush when over the cell grid.
  • Click column letter to select a full column (where you want to copy the format to).
  • Click somwhere in the selected range to apply the formatting.
