Can't uninstall LO, error libobasis6.3-core

Can’t uninstall LO, I’ve used all the methods of removing LO 6.2.8 and I get an error

sudo apt-get remove --purge libreoffice*.*
Reading package lists… Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information… Done
E: The package libobasis6.3-core needs to be reinstalled, but I can’t find an archive for it.

I’m also getting all kinds of errors in Ubuntu, pop up errors on the same thing. Such as:
update-manager crashed with apt-pkg.Error in open(): E: The package libobasis6.3-core needs to be reinstalled, but I can’t find an archive for it.

I’ve searched for how to fix this and can’t find a solution. I thought I could remove LO and start over, but can’t. I’ve been having issues with LO and thought I removed 6.3.3.2 and then installed 6.2.8.2 (which fixed that problem).

Which repository are you using (Ubuntu, PPA, direct downloads)? and which Ubuntu release? [This all doesn’t look like a LibreOffice problem but a problem with your package manager].

Ubuntu 19.10
Yes, I think it’s the package manager, but can’t seem to get those fixes to work either.
I installed the website deb 64 bit download. Previously, I used the PPA for LO
I attempted to clear the apt list, that didn’t work either.
I thought I could uninstall and then reinstall and figured that would fix the issue, but can’t uninstall or reinstall

I ran this and it finally fixed that issue.

sudo dpkg --remove --force-all libobasis6.3-core

During that process, it alerted me to two more pkg that were hung up.

Then I was able to remove libreoffice.
