Reset a Spreadsheet - Delete your data but not your formulas

Hi

I have looked everywhere for an answer for the above
I have only started using Calc and I have a spreadsheet I was testing with various scenarios but realise when i delete a figure it deletes the formula.
Can I get back to a clean sheet inc my formulas?

Select/mark the cell range, hit Backspace key (or menu Sheet → Clear Cells…), uncheck Formulas, OK
