Nobody knows what box I am asking about in my original question, and I was advised to screen shot it. I have converted it to Jpeg...but if this is not ok can you also tell me which file type to use and obviously where I can send it so it will attach to my original question. Thank you.
When you edit your question, you can select various tools from the toolbar, among which the "attach image tool" (shown in the red rectangle below):
Click on it, then browse to your picture file from the dialog which pops up. Add a descriptive name when returning to the AskLO site and continue your edit.
Accepted formats are .jpeg, .png, .gif and many others.
To show the community your question has been answered, click the ✓ next to the correct answer, and "upvote" by clicking on the ^ arrow of any helpful answers. These are the mechanisms for communicating the quality of the Q&A on this site. Thanks!

Thank you... Your answer is very helpful and I appreciate your time and the tone you use. I think if you have been using computers or certain programs over a long period it is easy to forget that not everyone has this experience. Funny because I am now wary of asking questions and it is probably a good idea to sit on the sidelines for a while and watch how it's done. Thanks again for the tips and for making me feel better about this community.

If you need to provide screenshots, you may refer to this site's How to use available on the main Ask page. Or you may put a file to an external storage (like imgur/Google Drive/DropBox etc) and post a link to your question.
But generally, you need to improve your question there: you need to understand that what you wrote there doesn't help anyone understand you. What "click to edit text" might mean? click where? on a text in the main window? on some button? expressing yourself clearly is vital when asking for help. "I open a text document, and click with left mouse button in the text" is somewhat better. Then a screenshot of the result might be useful. A screencast could be even better ... anything that allows others to see what you see without standing behind your shoulder.
I thank you for your advice, but I have seen enough of this place. I get what I am asking is not as concise as it needs to be. This was my first question here, about a program I find difficult and I was hoping someone would help me, but so far only one person other than yourself has been kind enough or shown enough patience to try, and he got shot down in flames because he didn't word correctly or whatever he did wrong. The way he was spoken to, considering he hasn't been here long, reflects on everyone, and I would rather try to use another program than be belittled, as the first person I had contact with here did to me.
