L.O. keeps suggesting words as I type. I went to Tools – Autocorrect, and nothing (including “While typing”) was checked. To be sure, I checked it, then unchecked it. But the annoying suggestions continue. This is on a Windows 10 computer running version 6.2.8.2 of L.O. Interestingly, my Windows 7 computer (running version 5.4.6.2) doesn’t have this problem. Is this a bug in the latest version, or am I missing something?
Sorry - deleted the wrong answer. Had been completely biased to Calc and oversaw the writer tagging of your question. Just another hint / question: Unticking Tools -> AutoCorrect -> AutoCorrect Options ...-> Tab: Word Completion -> [ ] Enable word completion has no effect either?
