Macro to replace em dash with en dash

Hi folks,

I'm looking to write a simple macro to run a find and replace that changes all em dashes in a document to en dashes — but I've never built a macro before and am entirely unfamiliar with the language.

Can anybody be so kind as to lend a hand?
