IMPORTANT Questions: Display document and attributes

1/ Can LibreOffice Writer display a documents attributes and details, in a similar manner to an HTML text document? (Bold, Italic, Paragraph, Margins, Line, Tabs, etc.) I know this may make for a considerably longer page, but this capability is V VIP for my application.

2/ If not, can this capability be added if I contract this application to a development house.

3/ If you are a development house with the above capability, please send me your contact information.

This is a Q&A site, and its value is in the answers. Responding to questions in private detracts from that value. If you registered for mail alerts (or left the alert settings at defaults) you will be notified when there is a response.

Business offers in private makes sense, of course.

I would assume there are much too many attributes (attribute classes, style families…) to generally do what is requested here. In addition there are (depending on the document model) too many different kinds of document content to do it by one tool consistently, imo.
Narrowing the task to a reasonable extent it will be feasible. It would require a consistent specification about how to “mix” the original text and the html-like representation:
Why do you (the OQer) think, an export to html would not meet your needs?

Yes, Writer can handle formatting (directly and by way of styles) and also some kinds of metadata “out of the box”. Whether it is useable in your setting is hard to say without a more explicit description.

If you have simple requirements and want to do the work yourself, you can ask specific questions here whenever you are stuck.

For large volume and/or complex requests, you may need to add some info to have someone responding to your request with a business proposal.
